You can reach to the DOKUZ EYLUL UNIVERSITY GUEST HOUSE with public buses easily. It takes about half an hour from the city center.

You can get on the public buses from KONAK to the directly DOKUZ EYLÜL ÜNİVERSİTESİ ÖĞRENCİ YURDU ( in Turkish). Number 285 and 374 are the right buses that you should get on. You may ask local people where those buses are leaving from the KONAK. You may show the following sentence to someone if it is useful to you:

There are limited number of rooms. The priority will be given to the participants only. We will take into consideration the applications together with an accompanying person, if rooms are available. The Organizing Committee and the SoSReS do not accept liability for losses of whatever nature incurred by delegates and/or accompanying persons.

THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF ROOMS FOR ALL APPLICANTS. Registration for conference does not mean that conference organizing committee is responsible for accommodation. If applicants do not get a positive response, they are responsible to find other accommodation options by themselves.
